How do I login to my account (for any user)?

Go to your volunteer site, click Login, enter your email and password, then click Login again.

Which browsers does Galaxy Digital work with?

The Galaxy Digital platform works with the major browsers including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

Can I access Galaxy Digital from a mobile device?

For mobile access, you can use Chrome or Safari on any smartphone to log into your mobile-optimized site or download the app. If you experience any loading issues, clearing your browser cache usually helps resolve them.

What devices can I use to access Galaxy Digital?

The platform is designed to work across different devices - you can access it from computers, tablets, and mobile devices using these supported browsers.

How can I reset my password?

Click Login, enter your email, click Next, then "Forgot your password?" Enter your email and click "Send password reset email." Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset code.

How do I navigate Galaxy Digital and the menu?

Navigation areas are at the top and side of the page, depending on what you are looking for.

Return to the dashboard by clicking "dashboard" in the lefthand navigation bar.

How do I update my personal information in my profile?

Click your profile icon, select Edit Profile, then Update My Account to change your name, email, address, and photo.

How do I logout of my account?

Click your profile image or name, then select logout from the dropdown menu.
