Position: Social Media/Marketing Coordinator

Location: 14200 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, Dolton, IL

Commitment: Part-time, Volunteer

Role Summary:

The Social Media/Marketing Coordinator will develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the organization's online presence and engage the community. This role will also support marketing initiatives and content creation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms.

•Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos.

•Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages.

•Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

•Assist in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.

•Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

•Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

•Experience with social media management and content creation.

•Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PosterMyWall).

•Strong writing and communication skills.

•Knowledge of social media analytics tools.

•Creativity and attention to detail.

•Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
