Position: Driver (2 Positions)
Location: 14200 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, Dolton, IL
Reports to: Executive Director
Commitment: Part-time, Volunteer
Role Summary:
The Driver will be responsible for transporting goods, materials, to and from designated locations. The role requires a reliable and safety-conscious individual who can adhere to all traffic regulations and ensure timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
•Safely transport goods, and materials
•Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, maintained, and in good working order.
•Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
•Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues or repairs needed.
•Assist with loading and unloading of materials.
•Keep accurate records of deliveries and mileage.
Qualifications:
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
•Previous experience as a driver is preferred.
•Ability to lift heavy objects.
•Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
•Excellent time management and organizational skills.
•Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
