Community Risk Reduction Program GHTA Sign Ceremony

On Monday, October 2, 2023, Serve Illinois visited the City of Joliet to present the Governor’s Hometown Awards finalist highway sign for their outstanding work through the Joliet Fire Department’s implementation of the Community Risk Reduction Program, which connects Joliet residents with mental health providers free of charge and outreach work for unhoused residents.
