Shawn Gunnoe

Shawn Gunnoe joined AmeriCorps in April 2020 after more than a decade of dedicated service in the nonprofit sector, mostly in the philanthropic programs division with the Central Ohio YMCA. He also served as the state and federal grants coordinator for North Central State College in Mansfield, Ohio.

Gunnoe is a veteran and a proud military spouse; he has two beautiful children. As a family, they love to travel and go on cruises together. Gunnoe has a bachelor’s degree in health studies and a Masters of Business Administration from Walden University. His service, experience, and education have laid the groundwork to continue in service and help communities prosper.
